JCDecaux Digital Infrastructure

2019-2024

Located at Milton Train Station, Brisbane, this large-format digital display structure marked the first in a new series of OOH advertising elements introduced across the JCDecaux network.

Conceptualised in 2019 as a three-dimensional interpretation of the JCDecaux logo icon—rooted in JCDecaux’s first public advertising bus shelter— then developed in 2023/4 with Yi-han Cao and constructed in 2025.

The sculptural stainless-steel shroud carefully angles the digital displays away from neighbouring apartment buildings and towards Milton Road and the approach from Suncorp Stadium. Suspended above the station platform and public footpath, the structure enables safe internal maintenance access and aims to set a new benchmark for outdoor advertising infrastructure in Australia.
